Came here for breakfast on a staycation adventure.
Service: wonderful!!!! Tony was super attentive and gave amazing recommendations on breakfast selection.
Ambience: layback old west theme.
Food: French toast options are amazing! Any thing locally suggested by the server is a most try. -

My family and I went to Old West on Saturday. My brother chose this location based on the reviews. Not sure why...
We had a long wait...which was expected. There were 8 of us, so we had to wait for people to vacate. It was 11:30 and they are really always crowded, so I had no issue here.
The waitress was very pleasant. She took our orders in a timely manner, but completely misunderstood what my nephew ordered. He ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was brought an omelet.
My order was just a mess. Ordered a hamburger steak meal. The meat was spoiled. I had my hubby taste it just to make sure. He agreed with me. I explained to the waitress and she offered to bring me something different, but I declined. I kept the veggies which were definitely nothing special. I ate some of the mashed potatoes and gravy, but the broccoli was yucky, so I didn't eat more than 1 small bite.
A manager person, I'm assuming, came out to tell me that she was surprised I said the meat was bad because they made it daily. It was bad, nonetheless. She told me that she did take the meat off the bill, but she would charge for the 2 veggies...which, in all honesty, surprised me. We ended up paying nearly $6.00 for my crappy meal. They comped my nephew's meal since the waitress made a mistake. At least that was the right thing to do.
We will never go back to this location. Very dissatisfied... -

This was absolutely one of the best breakfast spots I have ever eaten.
The line up was long but they were quick to get us a table.
The food came out in less than 10 mins.
The food was amazing.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. -

The saying "everything is bigger in Texas" reigns true here. This place had the best, most vast menu offerings I have seen at a breakfast place! The food was all delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Service was friendly and fast. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this place! I would highly recommend the biscuits and gravy with cheddar cheese, eggs, and jalapeños. Everyone at my table also loved their meals!!!
Really no other way for me to say it. I absolutely would recommend this place to someone looking for delicious breakfast! -

Excellent food. Be prepared and patient as there is always a wait on Sundays. Well worth the wait but a LONG wait with a tiny parking lot. Very hard to find parking. Nevertheless we found parking and waited and everything was wonderful. The stuffed strawberry cheesecake French toast amazing and the banana nut pancake with peanut butter syrup and all the fixings were amazingly delicious.
